Terms of Sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern IPTV subscriptions sold by REDMAK via redmak.ma and WhatsApp. By subscribing, you accept these terms.

2. Products and pricing

REDMAK offers 3 annual plans (MAD) — 1 active device per plan:

• Basic — 200 MAD/year (SD + HD, 1 device)
• Standard — 300 MAD/year (SD + HD + UHD, 1 device)
• Premium 4K — 500 MAD/year (SD + HD + UHD + 4K, 1 device)

3. Order and activation

Order via WhatsApp at +212699136213. Credentials sent within ~5 minutes after payment. You are responsible for device and internet compatibility.

4. Payment

In Morocco: virement bancaire, Wafa Cash et Cash Plus. From abroad: Western Union et services similaires (depuis l'étranger). CMI and PayPal not available. Activation after payment confirmation.

5. Term and renewal

12-month subscription from activation date. Manual renewal via WhatsApp. No automatic billing.

6. Technical support

24/7 WhatsApp support for activation, setup and troubleshooting.

7. Withdrawal

Digital service starts immediately upon credential delivery. Claims within 48 hours of activation.

8. Liability

Stream quality also depends on your connection and ISP. REDMAK is not liable for external outages.

9. Personal data

Processed per our Privacy Policy.
